Qualifications

Plant Buyer# Plant BuyerBirmingham, AL 35215## OverviewPosition TypeFull Time## DescriptionThis position will be located at our manufacturing facility in Pinson, AL. The Plant Buyer will be responsible for ordering and scheduling inbound raw materials and other goods used in the production process. Additional responsibilities will include developing an inventory tracking process for consumables not captured in the ERP system. ***Duties/Responsibilities:**** **Sourcing and Procurement**: Communicate with suppliers to schedule inbound deliveries. Keep close contact with suppliers to communicate any delays or delivery issues to the rest of the team.* **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and utilize MRP/ERP tools to determine purchase requirements.
