Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Machine Operator 4 for our refrigerated production environment. You will operate the packaging equipment, perform pre-flight checks, and ensure GMP, HACCP and sanitation standards are met to deliver high-quality bagged salads.

In this role you’ll perform quality inspections, manage waste, verify lot codes, and lift bags up to 50 lbs. The plant runs 24/7, with cold conditions and manual coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English; basic math skills.
• Willingness to cross-train and multi-task across positions.
• Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced 24-hour plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment in a refrigerated production environment.
• Maintain GMP/PPE/Safety, SQF, HACCP & Sanitation guidelines.
• Complete pre-flight and start-up/shutdown procedures for the bagger.
• Conduct quality inspections and visual checks on products and packaging.
• Manage waste and monitor production efficiency and bag quality.
• Verify bag specifications and code dates; ensure accurate lot tracking.
• Lift and maneuver bags and forming components up to 50 lbs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
