Job summary

Georgia-Pacific Corrugated in Owosso, MI is seeking a Process Controls Specialist to provide technical expertise and project engineering to support the plant's execution plan and operations. Qualifications

Experience in Automation or Process Controls or related field.
Strong PLC/HMI/SCADA programming and maintenance.
Willingness to travel to vendor sites and other GP facilities.
Proficient with MS Office and AutoCAD.
Experience in corrugated packaging is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
Implement process controls standards and ensure new capital projects follow the standard.
Design, program, modify and maintain PLC, Drives and HMI systems.
Develop and implement control strategies.
Work with corporate teams and contractors to specify and install systems.
Travel to vendor sites and GP facilities as required.
