Job summary

Del Conca USA seeks a maintenance technician to own preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance for production and infrastructure systems at our Loudon, TN facility. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, program computer-controlled equipment, and service motors, pumps, valves, and sensors to sustain process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must-have: High School diploma or GED; trade school/community college/apprenticeship credential preferred.
• 1+ year in industrial maintenance preferred.
• Background with automated conveyors and controls; mechanical and electrical/electronic theory.
• Preventive maintenance discipline; strong troubleshooting; blueprint/schematic literacy; NEC familiarity.
• Experience with work order/CMMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead with safety and follow all procedures.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; document work.
• Program and calibrate computer-controlled equipment to sustain process efficiency.
• Install, service, and maintain high-/low-voltage motors, pumps, valves, and regulators.
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Adjust and repair sensors, input devices, thermocouples, and related components.
• Welding, brazing, cementing, soldering, cutting, and machine shop operations.
• Inspect assets proactively to catch defects early; use CMMS to access/record tasks.
• Share knowledge; train and mentor maintenance personnel.
• Partner with operators to rapidly restore equipment.

In this role, you’ll own preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance for production and infrastructure systems, applying advanced expertise in one trade (mechanical or electrical) and strong capability in the other.
