Job summary

Del Conca USA in Loudon, TN is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join our tile manufacturing facility. You will diagnose, maintain, test, and repair complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities include wiring control panels, relays, PLCs, VFD programming across Omron, Yaskawa, Emerson, ABB, and Siemens, and performing preventive maintenance while following OSHA and LOTO rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (an Associate degree in Electrical or Industrial Maintenance or completion of a craft apprenticeship/military equivalent is a major plus).
• 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance or military technical maintenance experience is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, diagnostics, and industrial electrical systems.

• Electrical troubleshooting of complex equipment including control panels, relays, circuit breakers, PLCs, and computer interfaces.
• VFD programming: Initialize, upgrade, and troubleshoot VFDs (Omron, Yaskawa, Emerson, ABB, Siemens).
• Preventive maintenance (PM): Conduct scheduled PMs on manufacturing machinery and facility systems using electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Safety compliance: Adhere to OSHA standards, including Lockout/Tagout procedures, and wear required PPE.

In this role, you will diagnose, maintain, test, and repair complex electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. By ensuring equipment reliability and performing both emergency and scheduled preventive maintenance, you will play a vital role in keeping our production running smoothly.

One position is for our A-Shift (Sunday - Tuesday 6am - 6pm then Wednesday 6am - Noon

One position is for our C-Shift ( Wed = Noon - 6pm then Thurs, Fri, Sat = 6am - 6pm)

One position is for our B-Shift (Sunday - Tuesday=6pm - 6am and Wed=6pm - Midnight)

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical Troubleshooting: Plan, install, and repair complex electrical equipment including control panels, relays, circuit breakers, PLCs, and computer interfaces.
• VFD Programming: Initialize, upgrade, and troubleshoot VFDs (including Omron, Yaskawa, Emerson, ABB, and Siemens).
• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Conduct scheduled PMs on manufacturing machinery and facility systems (lighting, generators, etc.) using electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA standards, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and always wear required PPE (safety glasses, cut-resistant gloves, steel-toed boots).
• Workplace Standards: Use hand/power tools and material handling equipment safely while keeping work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED required. (An Associate degree in Electrical or Industrial Maintenance, or completion of a craft apprenticeship/military equivalent is a major plus).
• Experience: 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance or military technical maintenance experience is preferred.

• On-Call Availability: Highly motivated, able to work independently, and willing to be on-call to support our 24/7 manufacturing operations.
