Job summary

Del Conca USA Inc. in Loudon, Tennessee, is seeking Manufacturing Production Operators to join our porcelain tile production teams.

You will work in departments such as Press, Glazing, Selection, Kiln, and Quality, following a fixed 42-hour weekly schedule and earning $17.00 to $18.60 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Operate in Press department to feed tiles and ensure quality control during production.
• Operate Glazing and Kiln lines as assigned, following safety and process standards.
• Assist in Selection and Quality checks to maintain product specifications.
• Support shift team leads to maintain smooth line operations and line housekeeping.
