Job summary

Del Conca USA is seeking a press operator to join our Loudon, TN manufacturing team. You will set up, run, and fine-tune tile presses, monitor dimensions, perform die/frame changes, and log key production data to sustain quality and safety standards.

The role requires basic manufacturing experience, the ability to work independently, and strict adherence to SOPs and OSHA guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience.
• Ability to operate automated machinery safely.
• Knowledge of PPE and OSHA rules and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate tile presses following SOPs and production schedules.
• Perform safety checks and review production orders at shift start.
• Monitor tile dimensions and appearance; log run data.
• Plan die/frame changes per production orders and during transfers.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe work area; report issues promptly.
• Meet throughput and quality targets; inspect green tile for specifications.

You’ll begin with a safety check and a review of production orders. Throughout the shift, you’ll monitor product dimensions and appearance on green tile, make setting adjustments to maintain quality, and log key run data.
