- Phone Management: Answer and direct phone calls professionally, taking messages when necessary.

1st Shift Operation Adnin-Receptionist 7:30am-4pm
Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
Who we are looking forQualification
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional administrative training or certification is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred; experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Attributes: Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor; strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Working Conditions:
- Hours: Typically, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday; flexibility may be required.
- Environment: Manufacturing plant setting, requiring adherence to safety protocols.
