The ideal candidate has a BA in Finance or related field and ten years’ experience in lean manufacturing. This full-time position offers a salary range of $100,000 to $125,000, plus benefits including medical and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Ten years’ experience with lean manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma; Green Belt Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the plant.
• Develop and manage plant budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and management reports.
