Job summary

This role oversees standard costing, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close, collaborating with Operations, Supply Chain, and Corporate Finance to improve cost visibility and drive operational efficiency while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5–7 years progressive accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, and COGS analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant and manufacturing accounting activities including inventory valuation and variance analysis.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement to drive financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
• Oversee physical inventories and cycle counts.
