DeZURIK, Inc. in Houston, TX seeks an entry-level Planner I to learn and support planning and scheduling. The role focuses on maintaining MRP data, forecasting, inventory levels, and processing sales orders to keep on-time delivery.
Responsibilities include coordinating production orders, expediting where needed, and contributing to continuous improvement and lean initiatives. A High School Diploma is required; 2 years manufacturing experience preferred; NetSuite experience is a plus.
The Planner I is an entry-level planning position with the desire to learn and develop skills. Position is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of planning and scheduling systems/processes to assist Operations in meeting shipment and on-time delivery goals. Additional responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining proper inventory levels to support current and future demand. The Planner I will be responsible for their individual planning duties, and as necessary, help provide backup support for the other Planner positions.
Knowledge of and/or commitment to learn the following responsibilities:
Normal manufacturing and office environment. When working occasionally in some shop areas, personal protection equipment (PPE) will be recommended and/or required (safety shoes, safety glasses w/side shields, hearing protection, face shield, gloves, apron and boots). Must have the ability to support extended business hours to meet customer business needs.

DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary in the $58,154 to $72,693 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
