Qualifications

• Education equivalent to high school diploma required.
• 1+ year experience in accounting / general ledger / payroll functions.

Responsibilities

• Post and balance entries to the general ledger.
• Process accounts payable transactions and batch payments.
• Post and collect accounts receivable transactions; make adjustments as needed.
• Support weekly hourly payroll processing.
• Assist in month-end closings for the plant.
• Maintain accounting and payroll files per record-keeping policies.
• Provide general administrative support and respond to corporate requests.
