Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an Accounting Administrator at the Nashville Plant to handle payroll, time & attendance, and cost/yield/inventory clerk duties. You will support the Plant Controller and assist in various plant management functions, including records retention and office supply management.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. 8 AM–5 PM, on-site with occasional Saturday closings per month.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years office experience required; 3+ years payroll experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP Payroll and SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist plant supervision with daily time and attendance using SAP Payroll.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for Plant Controller and assist with variance uploads in SAP.
• Support HR and plant management with records and office supply processes.
