Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years office experience required; 3+ years payroll experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Tyson system, Microsoft Office & Excel; SAP preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with management.
• Ability to set priorities and multitask in a plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Time and Attendance: Assist plant supervision with daily and weekly time and attendance activities using SAP Payroll.
• Accounting: Prepare daily and weekly reports for the Plant Controller; aid in SAP variance uploads and monitoring processes.
• Additional Responsibilities: Enter PO receiving in SAP/Coupa and support HR with plant activities; oversee employee supply processes.
• Must be available one Saturday a month to support closing duties.
