Job summary

CACIQUE LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant in Amarillo, TX to support the accounting team by focusing on GL reconciliations and detailed account analysis. You will help ensure accurate and timely financial statements.

The role reports to the Controller and requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 1–2 years of accounting experience, and familiarity with ERP/financial reporting systems. Manufacturing background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an accounting role.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems; Dynamics 365 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and review monthly journal entries with proper documentation.
• Prepare account analyses, including balance sheet and P&L results.
• Review processes and procedures and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain fixed asset and related depreciation schedules.
• Assist with monthly financial statements for timely distribution to management.
• Assist with annual external audits.
• Assist with special projects and manage multiple priorities.
