EnerSys is seeking a Plant 2 Lead Associate (Legacy) for the 3rd shift in Springfield, MO. The role oversees a designated production area, ensuring smooth operation, quality, and safety.

You will participate in hiring decisions and supervise staff, contributing to on-time delivery and efficient production. Qualifying candidates typically have a high school diploma, 2–4 years in production, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Job Purpose

Directly responsible for the complete operation of a designated production area.
