Qualifications

• Plans Examiner III requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of plans examiner experience, or 7 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Examine construction documents for conformity with applicable codes and regulations.
• Approve or disapprove plans and communicate results with narrative reference to code sections.
• Provide technical assistance to property owners and agencies; advise on corrective action.
