Qualifications

• Five years of related experience in plan review or construction compliance.
• Recognized certification and a valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Knowledge of Federal regulations; State statutes and Rules; Adopted building codes.
• Experience reviewing factory-built building construction and installation plans.

Responsibilities

• Review submitted construction and installation plans for compliance with Statute, Rule, adopted codes and standards.
• Provide regulatory and code guidance to department personnel, licensees, local jurisdictions, registrants, contractors, and the public.
• Reporting, data collection, and record keeping. Other duties as assigned.
