Overview:

Semper Valens Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Plans and Operations, Lead to provide subject matter proficiency for work described in the task.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages internal processes of PM Cyber Warfare
• Serves as primary POC for Task Management Tool
• Receives, reviews, distributes, closes out tasks
• Supports facilities management and space allocation
• Manages SharePoint content and collaboration environment
• Serves as SharePoint Working Group Lead
• Implements process improvement initiatives
• Coordinates strategic communications
• Manages personnel security and in/out processing
• Proficiency in Power BI and Power Apps
• Experience with task management systems
• Knowledge of SharePoint administration
• Experience with process improvement methodologies
• Strong organizational and coordination skills

Requirements:

• Continuously monitors and maintains oversight of all IT aspects
• Responsible for determinations on approach, platforms, hardware, schedule, budget, deliverables
• Participates in management and implementation of large, complex IT systems
• Provides technical, managerial, administrative assistance for extremely complex systems
• Makes recommendations and advises on organization-wide improvementsIT Service Mgmt Analyst (#14):
• Establishes and manages process, policy, procedure
• Manages CMDB, develops audit processes
• Chairs CAB meetings, manages and enforces all process/policy
• Builds/manages reporting and customizations
• Manages delivery of IT services

• Comprehensive knowledge across key tasks
• Must possess an active Top Secret Clearance
