Overview:

Semper Valens Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Acquisition/Contracts Management, Lead to provide subject matter proficiency for work described in the task.

Key Responsibilities

• Full range of cyber-focused acquisition support
• Plans, researches, executes FAR-based procurements, IDIQs, OTAs
• Conducts market research
• Develops ARPs (strategies, plans, PWS, QASP)
• Interprets FAR, AFARS, DFARS, CPE ISW policies
• Supports acquisition milestone documentation
• Develops acquisition strategies
• Proficient in rapid contracting methodologies
• Knowledge of DoDD 5000.01, DoDI 5000.02
• Experience with JCIDS IT Box Model
• Ability to interpret regulatory/legal requirements

Requirements:

• Possesses in-depth knowledge of specialized area
• Provides technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications
• High-level functional systems analysis, design, integration
• Exceptionally complex problems requiring extensive knowledge
• Provides expert advice in state-of-the-art
