Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and prepare work area for section resets.
• Break down sections to keep aisles shopper-friendly.
• Re-position shelving according to updated schematics.
• Clean up work area after tasks.
• Complete forms and report completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain professional, helpful customer interactions.
• Cooperate with store management and staff.
• Follow KOMPASS guidelines on timeliness, productivity, and clocking in/out.
• Practice safe lifting and comply with safety standards.
