Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is hiring a Merchandising Sales Associate to support FAST initiatives in-store. You will manage planograms, signage, price changes and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

The role requires prior retail/merchandising experience, good communication skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a store environment. High school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
• Adhere to Company safety training and guidelines.
• Team Members may be assigned other duties.
