Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to execute planograms, signage, and price changes in-store while supporting fixture assembly and merchandise tasks. You will engage customers and team members, delivering legendary service throughout shifts.

The role emphasizes working within the FAST team to maintain visual standards and complete store layout initiatives, with regular coordination with supervisors and store operations.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; reading/writing/counting skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install and maintain store signage and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service and assist customers and team members.
• Communicate progress and issues with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
