Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to join our Field Activity Support Team (FAST). You will work in a single store to own and execute planograms, signage, price changes, and help with merchandise and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and team members, maintain visual standards, complete planograms and resets on time, and support store operations.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Able to read, write and count accurately.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA when interacting with customers.
