Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Merchandising Sales Associate to join the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) in a single store. You will own start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes, while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments with little to no assistance.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute planograms and store layout changes.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service and assist customers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by FAST supervisor or store team.
