Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly within a single store. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service and applying the GURA method to meet shopper needs.

Ideal candidates have prior retail/merchandising experience, are 18+, and can read, write, and count accurately.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and on time.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars and price cuts.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures; perform merchandise handling.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework.
• Maintain safety and adhere to company guidelines.
