Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development, systems integration, or related IT discipline.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to write maintainable, reliable code.
• Experience building or troubleshooting APIs and system integrations.
• Knowledge of REST, HTTP, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with authentication/authorization and third‑party API docs.
• SQL and relational databases understanding.
• Ability to own problems, work independently, and communicate clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in a technology related field.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve integrations between Business Central, ERP/TMS, accounting, payment, and operational systems.
• Develop and support REST APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML data flows, and third‑party integrations.
• Work with EDI/X12 and SFTP integrations and related transaction flows.
• Create internal tools, dashboards, and workflow applications for multiple teams.
• Identify manual processes suitable for automation and implement improvements.
• Trace data across systems to identify root causes and ensure data integrity.
