Job summary

Integra Mission Critical in Plano, TX is seeking an Enterprise Software Integration and SQL Database Specialist. This hands-on role designs, builds, tests, and troubleshoots integrations, data flows, and database objects across on-premises, cloud, and vendor systems to support reliable business processes.

You will partner with IT, business users, and partners to capture requirements, map data, document solutions, monitor jobs, and improve performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, or related field.
5+ years in software integration, SQL DB, reporting, or related IT roles.
Strong SQL skills with MS SQL Server and relational databases.
Experience integrating enterprise apps, SaaS, cloud tools.
Knowledge of APIs, ETL, data mapping, and data validation.
Ability to document processes and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, monitor, and maintain integrations, SQL databases, and data flows.
Build and optimize SQL queries, views, procedures, and scheduled jobs.
Assist with data mapping, transformation logic, and data validation for interfaces.
Collaborate with IT, business users, vendors, and partners on requirements.
Monitor interfaces, data loads, logs, and data quality; resolve issues promptly.
Maintain technical docs, data dictionaries, and operation playbooks.
