Prophet Homes is seeking an Escrow Assistant to support the Escrow Officer in managing the escrow process from start to finish. The role focuses on front-end activities, client liaison, and timely handling of essential documentation.

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years in escrow/real estate, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow software. This in-office role is local to Plano, TX, with opportunities for growth within Prophet Title.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years escrow, title, real estate experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and escrow software tools.

Responsibilities

• Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and organize documents for escrow (purchase agreements, title reports, etc.).
• Communication: Liaise between clients, agents, lenders, and other parties; provide status updates.
• Transaction Support: Help Escrow Officer finalize closings and resolve title issues promptly.
• Problem Resolution: Identify potential delays and collaborate on timely solutions.
• Record Keeping: Maintain compliant transaction files per policies and regulations.
• Property Research: Use CAD databases and tax records for due diligence.
• Customer Service: Deliver excellent service throughout the escrow process.
