Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking a Delivery Lead (RTE) for Plano, TX to organize PI planning, align PI objectives, and coordinate scaled agile events. You will guide cross-team demos, run Inspections & Adaptations, and provide program-level reporting on progress and risks.

Ideal candidates will coach Scrum Masters, escalate impediments, and ensure governance readiness for all program events. This role is based in Plano and requires strong facilitation and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• RTE is accountable for organizing and facilitating PI Planning events and ensuring PI Objectives are documented and aligned.
• Coordinates Scaled syncs such as Scrum of Scrums and Metascrums and leads cross-team demonstrations.
• Leads Inspect & Adapt workshops and documents outcomes for governance.
• Provides program-level reporting on feature progress and risks, and escalates impediments through a defined framework.
• Coaches Scrum Masters to improve agile maturity and readiness for all program-level activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate PI events and ensure objectives are clearly defined.
• Coordinate Scrum of Scrums/Metascrums and run cross-team demos.
• Lead I&A workshops and document outcomes for program governance.
• Report on feature progress, risks, and dependency management at the program level.
• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters to advance agile maturity across teams.
