Job summary

AerSale is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support parts preservation, inventory, and shipping in our Goodyear, AZ facility. The role requires forklift operation and adherence to safety standards, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and a willingness to complete required AerSale forklift training and hazardous materials certification. This is an on-site position offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Strong organizational skills are essential.
• Experience driving a forklift is required.
• Must complete AerSale forklift training and hazardous material certification/training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preservation of aircraft parts.
• Conduct parts inventory and sort parts for distribution.
• Package parts and prepare for shipping.
• Load parts onto trucks using a forklift.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists with the preservation of aircraft parts.
• Conduct parts inventory and sort parts to distribute accordingly.
• Package parts accordingly and prepare for shipping.
• Responsible for loading parts onto truck using forklift.

Education and Experience

• High School Education or equivalent.
• Warehouse experience (1-2 years)

Skills and Abilities

• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience driving forklift
• Must be able to successfully complete AerSale Forklift Training and Hazardous Material Certification/Training.

Physical requirements

• Lifting at least 50 pounds.
• Continuous lifting, bending, twisting, and crouching.
• Possess a valid driver's license that meets AerSale motor vehicle policy standards.
• Always operating the company vehicle in a safe, professional manner.
• Wearing safety equipment when required.
