Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in planning, supply chain, data analytics, or related field.
• Strong expertise in SAP, RapidResponse (Kinaxis), and Power BI.
• Ability to build and manage systems-driven KPIs and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance KPIs and performance dashboards across departments.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning workflows, automation, and reporting efficiency.
• Develop requirements, business cases, and implementation plans for system enhancements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive adoption.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to improve visibility and reporting.
• Support forecasting, capacity planning, and scenario modeling for strategic decision-making.
