IEM is currently seeking a Planning Supervisor for our Jacksonville, FL locations and will report into the Planning Manager. This position is primarily responsible for supervising the daily activities of the planning team and coordinating production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements while maximizing manufacturing efficiency. The Planning Supervisor provides hands‑on leadership to Production Planners, Schedulers, and Production Control personnel, ensuring accurate planning, effective communication, and timely execution of production schedules.
Please note: This position requires 100% in-office presence in our Jacksonville, FL offices and does not offer remote work.
