Deltasands is seeking a full-time PPBE Analyst at Shaw Air Force Base, SC. The role involves leading POM development and analyzing funding requirements across several appropriations.

Qualified candidates should have 5 years of DoD experience in financial management or budgeting and a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. A Secret Security Clearance is required. Deltasands also offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and a 401(k).

Delta Solutions & Strategies is actively seeking a full time PPBE Analyst at Shaw Air Force Base, SC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate development POM inputs in accordance with MAJCOM guidance and timelines.
• Develop, analyze, and validate funding requirements across multiple appropriations (O&M, MILPERS, RDT&E, Procurement, etc.).
• Translate strategic guidance (NDS, CSAF priorities, MAJCOM objectives) into executable programmatic resource proposals.
• Identify funding shortfalls, disconnects, and unfunded requirements.
• Build and maintain POM issue papers, change proposals, reclamas, and decision briefings.
• Conduct cost analysis and funding trade-off assessments to support leadership decisions.
• Support Program Budget Reviews (PBR), Program Reviews (PR), and associated drill processes.
• Analyze historical execution trends and future year defense program (FYDP) impacts.
• Perform risk assessments related to program adjustments.
• Facilitate data calls and consolidate submissions from wings and direct reporting units.
• Prepare and present briefings for General Officer/Senior Executive Service leadership.
• Support congressional inquiry responses and budget justification documentation as required.
• Coordinate with HAF, MAJCOM functional managers, and subordinate units.
• Track and reconcile resource data within applicable financial systems (e.g., ABIDES, CRIS, CCaR, or equivalent).
