Job summary

Lower Merion Township’s Planning Department seeks an experienced planning professional to review and track land development applications for completeness and compliance. You will disseminate public information, coordinate reviews with outside agencies, and process land development plans and land disturbance permits.

You will also handle administrative tasks, respond to inquiries, and support SALDO and MS4 processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5 years of land use planning experience.
