Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Planning & Materials Supervisor in Miami to lead Buyers and Planners and ensure production takt is met. You will coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering to align delivery and inventory goals on-site.

You will mentor team members, drive improvements using the Danaher Business System, and report on KPIs such as OTD, inventory, and product availability, enabling faster, more reliable life sciences manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• 4+ years in materials planning/execution are required.
• Proven ability to drive measurable results in a regulated manufacturing setting.
• S&OP/PSI process experience is required.
• Oracle ERP and Oracle Cloud proficiency is essential.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Buyers and Planners to meet production takt.
• Identify opportunities to improve on-time delivery and inventory levels.
• Manage a large supplier base and ensure demand alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to drive improvements.
• Mentor and train new and current associates.
• Report progress against KPIs including OTD, inventory and availability.
