Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Planning & Materials Supervisor to lead a team of Buyers and Planners at their Miami, Florida location. This role involves managing supplier adherence and improving on-time delivery and inventory levels.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in materials planning, a strong background in regulated manufacturing environments, and proficiency with Oracle systems. The position offers full-time on-site work with benefits including medical insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with HS Diploma or 5+ years with Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years in a materials planning/execution setting.
• Proven results in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with S&OP processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement plans to improve OTD and inventory.
• Manage a large supplier base and ensure adherence to demand.
• Lead a team of Buyers and Planners.
• Drive improvement initiatives across cross-functional groups.
