Job summary

Bechtel Global Corporation is seeking a senior planner/scheduler to provide planning and scheduling leadership across major project scopes. You will drive schedule integration, risk-informed planning, and data-driven decision-making, serving as a trusted advisor to project leadership and guiding planning teams.

The role requires extensive Primavera P6 expertise on large EPC programs, leading schedule risk analysis, developing execution strategies, and delivering executive-level reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) with 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years in related roles.
• Extensive experience leading planning and scheduling on large, complex EPC projects or programs.
• Advanced Primavera P6 expertise: development, integration, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, integration and management of complex, multi-discipline project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Define schedule architecture, structure, coding and sequencing for planning, control and reporting.
• Coordinate schedule integration across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and subcontractor scopes.
• Lead advanced schedule analysis including critical path, float consumption and trend analysis.
• Identify, evaluate and communicate schedule risks, uncertainties and opportunities.
• Lead schedule risk analysis activities (qualitative and quantitative) and evaluate scenario outcomes.
• Develop execution strategies and recovery plans to address schedule risks.
• Provide forward-looking insights and forecasts based on performance and risk analysis.
• Interface with project leadership and client representatives on schedule strategy, status and risk.
• Prepare and deliver executive‑level schedule reports and presentations.
