Job summary

You will collaborate with developers, engineers, and surveyors, research local ordinances, and maintain department schedules and permits, ensuring accurate records and timely responses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares site-plan information for planning and zoning approvals and inspects construction projects.
• Meet with developers, engineers, and surveyors to discuss procedures and promote development.
• Provide customers with information on the planning and zoning approval process.
• Research ordinances and regulations and recommend improvements.
• Maintain department schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and process permits.
• Assign case numbers to applications and enter requests into the database.
• Perform other similar duties as required.
