Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Planning Coordinator in Houston. The role requires handling orders, providing product and transit information, and coordinating with carriers under supervision. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a pay rate of $27.05 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1 year or less in customer service is preferred.
• Experience with data entry and generating reports is preferred.
• Some database experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Records and maintains account information.
• Updates customer records in the system.
• Resolves product or service issues by clarifying the complaint and selecting solutions.
• Collects customer information to recommend potential products or services.
• Prepares product or service reports from customer data.
• Contributes to team results by completing related tasks.
