FTAI Aviation is seeking an experienced Planning & Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee production planning, repair workflow, inventory management, and operational reporting for our Component Repair business. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in related roles, aerospace/mro experience preferred, and strong Excel/ERP/MRP skills to drive efficiency and on-time delivery.

We are currently seeking an experienced operations professional to join our team and oversee production planning, supply chain coordination, inventory management, and operational reporting for our Component Repair business. This role serves as the central point of coordination for repair activity throughout the facility, ensuring visibility of parts as they progress through each stage of the repair process.
The Planning & Supply Chain Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring workflow, identifying bottlenecks, coordinating priorities across departments, managing inventory performance in partnership with the Inventory Coordinator, and providing accurate reporting and status updates to leadership. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both operational teams and executive leadership.
