Rolls-Royce plc in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Planning and Delivery Leader to manage production schedules and coordinate material requirements for a fast-paced manufacturing supply chain. Two openings: one in Design Make and one in Machining.
Travel up to 25% domestically may be required. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure continuity of supply, maintain ERP/SAP data integrity, and drive lean improvements within the Rolls-Royce Production System while reporting to the P&C

As the Planning and Delivery leader, you will manage delivery schedules and directly report into the P&C Manager. Please note, there are two Planning and Delivery Leader openings with one role in Design Make and one role in Machining. You will play an integral role in the preparation, planning, and issuing and controlling production schedules along with coordinating material requirements, to ensure a controlled flow for approved materials is timed to meet production. This is an exciting opportunity, as you’ll work with cross-functional teams whilst also working to advise management of the status of work and work to overcome potential production obstacles. The core accountabilities for this role include supplier relationship management and planning delivery schedules for a given mix of suppliers. This is a fast paced, highly visible role supporting the North American external supply chain delivering to internal customers. You must be open to traveling up to 25% of the time domestically.
