Job summary

Seres Smith Consulting is seeking a Manufacturing Planner to develop, maintain and coordinate schedules for fabrication, machining, assembly and testing in a growing ETO capital equipment environment. You will partner with Engineering, Procurement and Production to ensure accurate scope and timely delivery.

This role focuses on maintaining ERP data, leading status meetings, and driving lean practices to meet on-time milestones. Tulsa, OK-based position with DOE salary expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience planning in a manufacturing environment with heavy fabrication or ETO capital equipment.
• Preference for candidates with 5+ years of planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update project schedules for fabrication, machining, assembly and testing.
• Coordinate with Engineering / Project Management to understand overall scope.
• Work with procurement to confirm material availability and lead times.
• Work with Production to confirm progress.
• Maintain data in ERP including Work Orders, Routings and Production Statuses.
• Lead Daily / Weekly Production meetings to align team on priorities and updates.

Requirements

• Must have prior experience in Planning in a manufacturing environment. (heavy fabrication, ETO capital equipment, etc)
  • Strongly prefer 5+ years.

Compensation

• DOE - $75K and up
