Base pay range

$65,600.00/yr - $83,100.00/yr

About The Position

We are searching for an experienced Planner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in public engagement, proficiency in ArcGIS Pro and Adobe Suite software, and will focus on community and transportation planning, primarily in the Southeast. Projects include comprehensive plans, corridor studies, small area plans, trail planning, and downtown plans. Collaboration with transportation planning and landscape architecture teams is also involved. This position can be based in our Downtown Atlanta or Cobb County office and offers opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects while expanding your skills.

Experience And Qualifications

• Master's degree in City and Regional Planning or related field
• 3-5 years of planning experience
• Proficiency in ArcGIS, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong motivation to learn and grow professionally
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
