Job summary

Jabil, Salt Lake City, UT, seeks a Planner I to manage the demand plan and shipment information, develop feasible operational plans, and own execution to achieve customer satisfaction and improve planning metrics.

Education requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 1–2 years materials experience with ERP/MRP knowledge and Jabil software proficiency. Collaborate with BU and customers to load master schedules and monitor performance for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
• 1–2 years materials-related experience.
• ERP/MRP knowledge with proficiency in Jabil software packages.

Responsibilities

• Develop collaborative demand plans with BU and customers.
• Create Master Schedule through resource and capacity sizing.
• Load Master Schedule into the Jabil ERP system.
• Create and maintain a feasible production plan and coordinate with operations.
• Develop revenue forecast and monitor performance with corrective actions.
• Monitor planning metrics and drive continuous improvement.
