Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years frontline fundraising experience, to include planned giving.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized outreach to donors interested in legacy giving and document interactions in the CRM.
• Manage scheduling and fulfillment of planned giving and stewardship communications.
• Contribute to planned giving marketing campaigns across direct mail, email, and digital channels while maintaining data quality.
• Process planned giving campaign data in the CRM, ensure accurate donor coding, and prepare stock gift files.
• Monitor campaign and donor engagement outcomes, initiate follow-up, and deliver reporting on PG programs.
