Job summary

American Bible Society in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Planned Giving Associate to advance our legacy giving program. You will collaborate with the Senior Director of Planned Gifts and the Development team to cultivate donors and manage gift proposals, briefing materials, and CRM documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years nonprofit development or donor services experience.
• Familiarity with planned giving concepts preferred; ability to learn quickly.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Senior Director and Planned Giving Advisors in cultivation and solicitation of planned gift prospects.
• Prepare donor briefing materials, meeting summaries, proposals, gift illustrations, and personalized correspondence.
• Serve as first point of contact for planned giving inquiries and route to appropriate advisors.
• Track and manage follow-up tasks within the CRM to ensure timely donor engagement.
• Coordinate across Gift Planning tasks to maintain responsiveness and accountability.
• Collaborate with ABS fundraising divisions to incorporate planned giving strategies into collateral and materials.
