  • Design and oversee integrations between Planisware and core enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Jira, Active Directory / SSO, data warehouses, and reporting platforms).
  • Define API, file-based, and event-driven integration patterns.
  • Collaborate with enterprise integration and data engineering teams to implement reliable, secure data exchanges.
Data Migration & Data Architecture
  • Own technical strategy for data conversion and migration activities.
  • Design migration frameworks, validation approaches, reconciliation processes, and cutover plans.
  • Lead data quality assessments, remediation activities, and migration of project, portfolio, resource, financial, and historical program data.
Governance, Security & Operations
  • Establish platform governance standards and technical operating procedures.
  • Design role-based security models, access controls, and support audit/compliance requirements.
  • Define monitoring, performance management, backup, disaster recovery, and operational support processes.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
  • Partner with implementation partners, business leaders, PMO organizations, Finance, Product Development, and IT stakeholders.
