Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Planview to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise solutions. This role will partner closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions across the Planview Portfolios, Enterprise Architecture, and AgilePlace platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong architecture experience, multiple end-to-end implementations, and the ability to drive process maturity, stakeholder satisfaction, and platform optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, IT, and business owners to understand requirements and design tailored solutions using Planview
• Design and present technical solutions, architecture diagrams, and implementation proposals to business leaders and stakeholders
• Lead end-to-end implementation and integration efforts across enterprise environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of scalable and efficient solutions
• Maximize utilization of Planview platforms to improve stakeholder satisfaction, operational efficiency, and cost optimization
• Support enterprise product integrations across internal systems and third-party platforms
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, governance documentation, and training materials
• Ensure internal processes align with company standards and industry best practices
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and Scrum meetings as required
• Support knowledge management efforts, including creating, enhancing, and retiring knowledge articles and technical documentation
• Provide guidance on continuous improvement, platform enhancements, and roadmap planning

Required Qualifications
