Job summary

BraunAbility is seeking a Manager, Financial Systems & Reporting to advance our financial reporting, planning, analytics, and business performance capabilities. You will own Planful and drive a proactive, scalable reporting environment that supports decision-making across Finance, Operations, IT, and Business Transformation.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with Planful and Power BI, and a track record of delivering dashboards and KPI scorecards that

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IS, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or analytics.
• Experience with Planful preferred.
• Experience building dashboards and KPI scorecards.
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable reports.

Responsibilities

• Own Planful reporting and governance, including KPI scorecards.
• Develop reporting roadmap aligned with finance priorities.
• Automate reporting and reduce manual processes.
• Partner with IT and Business Transformation on design and implementation.
• Support monthly business reviews and executive reporting.
